WE STARTED WITH WALLS…
THEN THINGS GOT BIGGER.
Apparition Media started in 2014 with a simple idea: bring the craft of hand-painted advertising back to Australian streets. Since then, the walls have got bigger, the briefs have got stranger and what we make has expanded well beyond paint.
Today, we work with brands and agencies to create murals, street posters, projections, installations, activations and custom-built ideas designed to live in the real world.
WHY US?
Great outdoor work isn't just about the final image. It's knowing the site, the materials, the scale, the logistics and all the little things that can go wrong between an idea on a screen and something several storeys high.
Our artists are part of our team. Our projects are managed from start to finish. And after more than a decade of putting ambitious ideas into public spaces, we know how to get from “could we do this?” to “there it is.”
We’ve been doing this for a while now.
WE’RE OLD. Apparition was established in 2014, with more than a decade spent creating large-scale work for brands and agencies.
Our Artists are actually our artists.
NO OUTSOURCING. Apparition's artists are employed and trained in-house, keeping the craft, quality and execution within the team.
Same team from brief to brushes down.
SAME AWESOME TEAM. A dedicated project manager and lead artist oversee each campaign, with progress updates throughout production.
We’ll go anywhere there’s a wall.
ONE WALL OR A WHOLE LOT OF THEM. We work Australia wide… from individual sites to multi-city campaigns, Apparition has the capability to deliver work at scale.
THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN
Our team is made up of artists, creatives and makers who know how to turn ambitious ideas into something real. From large-scale hand-painted murals to complex installations and activations, we bring together the right skills for each project.
We work closely with our clients from concept through to completion, getting to know the brief, the brand and the space to make sure the finished work does exactly what it needs to do.
